eBay’s amazing Restoration Live experience at the Silverstone Classic sees a vintage car restored in just three days in front of the Classic’s huge audience of car enthusiasts.

Last year it was a Range Rover, but this year it’s going to be a 1984 Ford Capri.

The weekend itself takes place over the last weekend of July, but the build-up and planning goes on all year.

A key moment is the Silverstone Classic media day. The media day gives us a chance to get the eBay brand in front of a legion of journalists and photographers, and put Fergus Walkinshaw – the mechanical brains behind Restoration Live – in front of the cameras ahead of the weekend itself at the end of July.
